Tracking Your Package

Log-in, then go to My Account. On the bottom part of the My Account screen, you can see your Order History. If you click on the Order Number, you will get the details of your order. If you wish to track your order, click on the tracking number associated with the order and it will be tracked automatically at the UPS site. Or you may contact customer service at 866-68-BOOKS or 866-682-6657 for assistance with tracking your order. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 Central Standard Time.

  $5.95 covers the first 2 pounds, each additional pound is $0.25
• Domestic - 1 Day
  $20.95 covers the first 2 pounds, $1.50 per additional pound
• Domestic - 2 Day
  $12.95 covers the first 2 pounds, $1.50 per addional pound

Non-Domestic and International Shipping and Handling

• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico - Standard
  $13.95 covers the first pound, each additional pound $2.50
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico - 1 Day
  $45.95 covers the first pound, each additional pound $3.00
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico - 2 Day
  $23.95 covers the first pound, each additional pound $2.00
