Our Products Whitman Publishing has been in the numismatic and philatelic publishing field for almost 90 years. Our flagship titles have been the “Bibles” of the hobby since 1942 (the Blue Book) and 1946 (the Red Book). This 2019 annual page supplement for the H.E Harris Liberty I Album includes commemorative and regular issues released up to November 2019. All efforts were made to make this supplement as complete as possible at the time of printing. Any stamps not illustrated in this supplement will be included in the next Liberty I Supplement. Fits both 2-Post and 3-Ring Binders.

    Excellent... but missing 2019 semi-postal issue

    Whitman continues its great work on H.E. Harris products with the 2019 Liberty I supplement... but I was surprised and disappointed that the December 2019 PTSD semi-postal issue was omitted. Maybe it was issued so late that they couldn't include it in time to meet the printer's deadline to allow the supplement to be issued in Feb./March 2020? I'm hoping Whitman will include the PTSD semi-postal in the 2020 supplement next year; if so, all is forgiven! Aside from the missing semi-postal, the 2019 Liberty I supplement should find long-time H.E. Harris customers quite pleased with the product.
