Tom Bilotta

Tom Bilotta developed an interest in numismatics in childhood, encouraged by his father, Domenic, a lifelong collector. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from MIT in 1973 and built a successful career in engineering, management, and software development. In 1994, with the support of his wife Marie, he founded Carlisle Development Corporation, now a leading publisher of numismatic inventory and educational software. His work has earned awards from the Numismatic Literary Guild and industry publications, and he has advised countless collectors and heirs on managing and preserving coin collections.
